WotS: Whisper

Haven't uploaded anything for myself in... well, a long time. So, here's a new character of mine. She's called Whisper. Not her real name, but that's what you'll call her, honey. She's a boss and specializes in favours and secrets. Somehow, everyone ends up owing Whisper something. Though she favours a lavish lifestyle now, and chooses to keep the company of pretty boys and ladies, she was once a Ghost Brigade sniper. Got the scars on her back to prove it.
