SMS: The Lovers (to be)

I don't have portraits done for a bunch of these, but I really wanted to upload them for Secret Santa.

These two are tribals for the Kajarran wildlands and have run away together. They are totally into each other but not really on the same page ever... it's complicated.

Minta Wynne

Opinionated chieftain's daughter, she wanted to leave Kajar for a long time because of the old-fashioned views and rules that permeate throughout the land. She could never get through to anyone and decided to leave. She loves Leif to bits but wishes he'd act a bit more like a warrior and less like a girly space case. She is incredibly sensitive about her size, probably because she's bulkier than Leif, but she's always looking for ways to slim down. Headstrong and battle-hardened... but terrible with numbers. Leif takes care of most of the financial duties and reading. Minta has a strong obsession for ghosts and wants to find someone to teach her to hunt them.

Leif Corrigan

Dozy and cordial, Leif is not your typical swordsman. He's highly skilled and frequently underestimated, but usually just brushes it off with friendly conversation. He looks like a complete wimp and is looking for ways to get beefier, because Minta looks so manly compared to him and he doesn't want people getting the wrong impression of her. He adores Minta but keeps thinking of her as a partner in battle rather than a girlfriend, much to her chagrin. Leif really doesn't like starting conflict but has no reservations about finishing a fight, which is often where Minta has to come in, provoking the inevitable fight. Leif is oblivious to Minta's romantic gestures and advances but he really does love her... he just has to figure that out and stop being a spacey dimwit.
