Another story-ish picture for War on the Streets.
This one is of Lloyd, Wyatt, Ozzie and Tatiana.

Basically, Lloyd's father, Lloyd Carter sr, was a great explorer for the After Disaster movement, trying to rediscover towns and survivors in the vicinity. He was really successful and helped Franklin Town flourish, but he never returned from his most ambitious outing. Lloyd waited on the top of the building across from the Lucky Duke for his father to return. He waited there every evening for years. He doesn't do it as much now, because in his head he knows his father isn't coming back. His heart tells him otherwise, but he just can't convince himself any more. Wyatt is Lloyd's best friend since childhood, and knows all about his concerns. Wyatt always takes a comedic approach to everything grief, and some times it works, some times it doesn't. Lloyd sometimes goes back up to the roof for old time's sake. The rest of his newspaper buddies know it too, and decided to wait with him, while they plan their own next great adventure, to make Franklin Town a better place.
